Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Option

  Indicate whether you would like a refund to your original payment method or a direct exchange for a different size or color.

  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your unworn shoes in their original box and attach the label to the outside.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
